Refund policy
At FitFash Arena, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for the return costs which are your responsibility.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required to complete your return.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order goods
- Perishable products
- Sealed health or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fitfasharena.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on the return procedure, including the address to which the returned items should be sent.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@fitfasharena.com.
- Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
